Artículo trece. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, los precios al por mayor y al detal de los artículos de producción nacional que se señalan a continuación, no podrán ser superiores a los que regían el 6 de julio de 1950: Productos de las industrias alimenticias; Productos químicos y farmacéuticos; Colores y barnices; Manufacturas de cuero; Manufacturas de caucho; Tejidos y manufacturas de seda artificial* Tejidos y manufacturas de lana; Tejidos y manufacturas de algodón' Calzado; Sombreros; Manufacturas de cerámica; Manufacturas de vidrio; Manufacturas de metales- comunes; Manufacturas de papel; Manufacturas de cemento.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno queda facultado para modificar la lista anterior, adicionándola o reduciéndola.
