Vigencia . El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación modifica parcialmente los Decretos 176 y 179 de 1982 y 2480 de 1986, y deroga los Decretos 1498 de 1986, 1123 de 1988 y 1691 de 1987, y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
