Artículo cuarto. El pago del auxilio concedido por el artículo precedente, su manejo e inversión y las cuentas que se deban rendir, se efectuarán de conformidad con las disposiciones Vigentes para esta clase de contribuciones y especialmente de las que para el presente caso dicte la Contraloría General de la República.
