º . Lo dispuesto en el presente decreto se aplicará dejando a salvo las situaciones subjetivas de carácter particular y concreto, originadas en derechos adquiridos con anterioridad sobre el subsuelo, debidamente reconocidos y mientras conserven su validez jurídica y en los actos administrativos tales como licencias, permisos, concesiones o aportes ya perfeccionados.
