Los nuevos créditos que se otorguen en cumplimiento de los acuerdos de reestructuración, incluyendo los otorgados por el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, con cargo a las líneas especiales de redescuento previstas en el artículo 47 de la Ley 550, y que cumplan con los requisitos y condiciones previstas para su otorgamiento, compartirán para su pago la preferencia de primer grado en los términos del numeral 13 de artículo 34 de la Ley 550.
