ARTICULO 326 . Suspensión de la investigación previa por autoridades de la fiscalía . El jefe de la unidad de fiscalía podrá suspender la investigación previa si transcurridos ciento ochenta días no existe mérito para dictar resolución de apertura de instrucción o resolución inhibitoria, con autorización del fiscal.
