LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3. El profesor externo o por horas tiene derecho a vacaciones remuneradas y a prima de navidad similares a las del personal docente de tiempo completo. La liquidación será el promedio de lo devengado en los diez (10) meses del respectivo periodo lectivo.
