Mecanismo de Aseguramiento Alterno . La Administradora del Componente de Prima Media del Pilar Contributivo (Colpensiones) podrá como mecanismo alterno de aseguramiento asumir directamente los riesgos de invalidez y muerte, con cargo al patrimonio autónomo o encargo fiduciario creado para tal fin de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente decreto.
