° De conformidad con el artículo 8° del Decreto 2554 de 1973, los sueldos podrán ser objeto de reducción cuando reciban salario en especie, pero dicha reducción no podrá superar el 20% del sueldo básico. Al hacerse el nombramiento se determinará la asignación por este concepto.
