El Gobierno enviará periódicamente a la Comisión Interparlamentaria informes sobre la deuda pública. Estos serán amplios y precisos, de tal manera que el Congreso esté debidamente informado sobre el uso de las autorizaciones conferidas al Gobierno en materia de deuda pública, y sobre el manejo de la deuda externa en general.
