ACTA DE CANJE. Habiéndose reunido los infrasoritos, Marco Fidel Suárez, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República de Colombia, y José Felipe Sagrario, Primer Secretario de Embajada, encargado interinamente de la Legación de su Majestad Católica en Bogotá, con el objeto de verificar y canjear los dos ejemplares del Tratado concluido y firmado en esta capital el veintiocho de abril de mil ochocientos noventa y cuatro, adicional al de Paz y Amistad entre Colombia y España; visto por ambos Plenipotenciarios sus respectivos Poderes y encontrados en debida forma, se hicieron el canje y mutua entrega de los instrumentos del Referido Tratado, los cuales se hallaron enteramente confiables el uno al otro. En fe de lo expuesto, firman en doble ejemplar y sellan con sus sellos particulares la presente acta, en Bogotá, á veintitrés de agosto de mil ochocientos noventa y cinco. (L.S) MARCO F. SUÁREZ.
