°. La Caja de Crédito Agrario deberá conceder preferencialmente créditos a las cooperativas de producción agrícola, teniendo en cuenta la solvencia de la sociedad. Las cooperativas de sociedad agrícola debidamente establecidas y que gocen de una organización contable, técnica y administrativa adecuada, podrán ser, a juicio de la Caja, agencias de la misma para la prestación de los servicios de crédito y provisión agrícola. La Caja de Crédito preferirá en la concesión de préstamos individuales a los agricultores que sean socios de cooperativas de producción agrícola.
