al artículo 6° del Decreto 261 de 2010, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Para el análisis de temas específicos relacionados con el Sistema Penal Oral acusatorio, se podrán conformar subcomités de trabajo, los cuales estarán integrados por funcionarios de las mismas entidades que integran el Comité de acuerdo con la especialidad del tema objeto de estudio. Cada subcomité definirá la metodología de trabajo y periodicidad de sus reuniones y reportará sus resultados al Comité Técnico, atendiendo los objetivos previstos al momento de su creación.
