Autorízase al Municipio de Barranquilla para que enajene a título gratuito, a los actuales ocupantes, y sin las condiciones y formalidades exigidas por las Leyes 4ª de 1913, 71 de 1916, 46 de 1918 y 61 de 1936, el inmueble adquirido por dicho Municipio según consta en la escritura pública número 1050, de 20 de septiembre de 1935, otorgada en la Notaria 3ª de Barranquilla.
