Proceso. Cuando quiera que el proceso de obtención de leche en polvo sea discontinúo, una vez higienizada, homogenizada y concentrada la leche, deberá ser inmediatamente enfriada a temperatura inferior a 10ºC en tanques especiales para este propósito, distintos de los utilizados para la leche cruda.
