°. Adopción de medidas correctivas. La medida correctiva, por su naturaleza cautelar, se podrá adoptar de manera simultánea a la iniciación y comunicación del procedimiento respectivo. La medida se surtirá mediante la publicación de un aviso en diarios de amplia circulación nacional y/o regional, y se entenderá surtida en la fecha de publicación. El contenido de la publicación corresponderá a la parte resolutiva del acto administrativo.
