Cesión de acciones de la Nación . Dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fecha en la cual el Banco de Comercio Exterior constituya el fideicomiso al cual se refiere el literal a) del artículo 2.4.13.2.5. de este Decreto, la Nación - Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público cederá, a favor del patrimonio autónomo, no menos del veinticinco por ciento (25%) de las acciones ordinarias que tenga en el Banco.
