A los Suboficiales que estén en comisión permanente en otra unidad en virtud de resoluciones del Ministerio o de órdenes del día de la Dirección General de Aviación, se les liquidará el descuento del 2 por 100 en la misma forma que al personal de dotación de la unidad o repartición, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en la Resolución número 500 del Ministerio de Guerra, del 15 de mayo del presente año, y anotando esta circunstancia en la columna de observaciones.
