Quórum y decisiones . La Junta Directiva podrá sesionar válidamente con la mitad más uno de sus miembros y sus decisiones requerirán el voto favorable de la mayoría de los miembros asistentes. Se exceptúa el quórum decisorio establecido por los artículos 46 y 51 del presente estatuto.
