La subvención de que trata el artículo anterior será igual a la mitad de lo que produzca en el citado Municipio el impuesto nacional de consumo y a un veinte por ciento (20%) de lo que en el mismo Municipio produzca el impuesto sobre la renta. Esto último sin perjuicio de la cesión que por ley especial se haga o pueda hacerse al Municipio para sus gastos generales.
