En caso de que resulten deficientes las partidas arriba anotadas, el Gobierno Nacional podrá, en la misma forma determinada en el artículo 1º, arbitrar nuevos recursos hasta por la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000) para cumplir los objetivos señalados en esta Ley.
