En los casos de fallecimiento de personal técnico de la Fuerza Aérea por causa distinta a accidente de aviación, bien esté, dicho personal, en actividad o en goce de sueldo de retiro, se aplicarán las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia para el Ejército Nacional.
