Si en los delitos que prevén los dos primeros capítulos del presente título, el peligro que resulte del hecho es poco importante, o si el culpable procuró eficazmente impedir o aminorar las consecuencias de sus actos, la pena se puede disminuir de una tercera a las dos terceras partes.
