En caso de que la mercancía se encuentre retenida a consecuencia de un proceso administrativo, el propio Administrador, oído concepto favorable del merciólogo o, en su defecto, de técnicos en la materia, ordenará el remate de la mercancía por las causas consignadas en el artículo 35 y con las formalidades allí establecidas.
