Para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la disposición de mercancías aprehendidas, decomisadas o abandonadas, por cualquiera de las modalidades previstas en este Título, sólo se aceptarán garantías bancarias o de compañías de seguros legalmente establecidas en el país, en los términos y condiciones que para el efecto establezca la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
