º. Definición del Sistema Nacional de Rendición de Cuentas. El Sistema Nacional de Rendición de Cuentas (SNRdC) es el conjunto de agentes, instancias de coordinación, principios, normas, estrategias, políticas, programas, metodologías y mecanismos que se articulan para coordinar y potenciar las actividades adelantadas en el marco de los ejercicios de rendición de cuentas y facilitar el seguimiento y evaluación ciudadana a los compromisos de planeación y gestión de las distintas entidades del Estado en los ámbitos nacional, departamental, distrital y municipal.
