ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.17 .- COMPUTO DE LOS PRESTAMOS OTORGADOS CON RECURSOS DE BONOS DE VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL. Los préstamos que otorgue el Banco Central Hipotecario en desarrollo de la letra numeral a) del artículo anterior no se computarán para el cumplimiento del volumen mínimo de crédito que dicha entidad debe destinar a la financiación de vivienda de interés social, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 09 de 1989, las disposiciones del presente estatuto y demás normas concordantes.
