º Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por servicio residencial, según el tipo de servicio de que se trate, lo siguiente: De energía eléctrica: El que se presta a apartamentos, casas de habitación y pequeños establecimientos comerciales anexos a las mismas, que tengan una carga instalada inferior o igual a tres kilowatios (3 KW). De acueducto, alcantarillado y aseo: El que se presta a apartamentos, casas de habitación y pequeños establecimientos comerciales anexos a las mismas. De teléfonos: El que se presta a casas de habitación o apartamentos.
