Creación o producción de información pública . La solicitud de acceso a la información pública no implica el deber de los sujetos obligados de generar o producir información no disponible. En este caso, el sujeto obligado comunicará por escrito que la denegación de la solicitud se debe a la inexistencia de datos en su poder, y en el evento en que dicha información esté en poder o control de otro sujeto obligado, remitirá a este la solicitud de información.
