Artículo duodécimo. Los vehículos de carga pertenecientes a empresas de transporte público, registrados según lo previsto en el artículo 7° de ese Decreto, podrán transitar libremente por todas las carreteras del país, siempre que cada viaje sea autorizado por la empresa respectiva, mediante planilla expedida en las condiciones y con los requisitos que fije el Ministerio de Fomento.
