Cuando el Consejo de Calificación y Disciplina considere que para un mejor juicio son necesarias más informaciones, ordenará a uno de sus miembros completar la investigación, la cual evaluada por el Jefe de Estudios, será considerada nuevamente por el Consejo, una vez oídos los descargos de los acusados.
