El Gobierno Podrá Hacer Levantar Por Medio De Funcionarios Directamente Dependientes Del Ministerio De La Economía Nacional, Los Informativos Necesarios Para La Adjudicación De Terrenos Baldíos Cuya Extensión No Exceda De Cincuenta (50) Hectáreas

El Gobierno podrá hacer levantar por medio de funcionarios directamente dependientes del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, los informativos necesarios para la adjudicación de terrenos baldíos cuya extensión no exceda de cincuenta (50) hectáreas.

Parágrafo

En este caso no será requisito indispensable para obtener la adjudicación, la resolución provisional que dicten las Gobernaciones, Intendencias o Comisarias, y las pruebas que se levanten, serán aquellas que el Gobierno determine al reglamentar la presente disposición.
