Diversidad lingüística. Las víctimas tienen derecho a utilizar su propia lengua en todos aquellos procedimientos en los que deban intervenir y ser informados sobre los mecanismos y procedimientos para hacer efectivos sus derechos a la verdad, la justicia, la reparación. En estos casos el Estado se servirá de intérpretes reconocidos por el respectivo pueblo o comunidad indígena.
