Las reclamaciones que se presenten por los interesados deberán hacerse por escrito ante la Gerencia, la cual dictará su resolución dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Contra esta resolución podrá instaurarse por los interesados el recurso de reposición ante la misma Gerencia. La resolución que la Gerencia dicte podrá recurrirse por la vía contencioso administrativa. Toda reclamación deberá ser hecha antes del retiro de las mercancías afectadas. CAPITULO XI Arrendamientos de almacenes y terrenos para depósitos particulares y construcciones.
