Los funcionarios del SENA tendrán derecho a optar un sistema de pensiones anticipadas así:

A partir de enero 1º de 1995 tendrán derecho a la pensión de jubilación, aquellos funcionarios que acrediten estar e n condiciones de cumplir los requisitos de edad y tiempo de servicio entre dicha fecha y el 31 de diciembre de 1996.

A partir de enero 1º de 1997 tendrán derecho a la pensión de jubilación, aquellos funcionarios que acrediten estar e n condiciones de cumplir los requisitos de edad y tiempo de servicios entre dicha fecha y el 31 de diciembre de 1998.
