Manual Operativo. La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas, mediante acto administrativo, establecerá un manual técnico operativo del Fondo, en el que se determinen la organización, los procedimientos de operación y la administración de los bienes que serán objeto de manejo fiduciario. El Manual tendrá en cuenta las particularidades de los distintos bienes para asegurar que cada bien que ingrese al Fondo haya sido objeto de análisis y alistamiento para que sirva a los propósitos del Fondo.
