Responsabilidad de los administradores. Cuando las cámaras de comercio no operen los sitios de internet para el servicio de venta o martillo electrónico de los bienes señalados en la ley, sino que sean administradoras de los mismos, deberán verificar que los operadores cumplan con los requisitos anteriormente enunciados, lo cual debe constar en los términos y condiciones de los contratos, convenios o documentos que se suscriban para dicho efecto, siendo de igual manera responsable el ente cameral frente al incumplimiento de los mismos.
