Los que sean suspendidos en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones por delito común o militar, tienen derecho a la mitad de su sueldo, hasta la ejecutoria de la sentencia, si esta es condenatoria; si es absolutoria les debe se les debe reintegrar la parte descontada.
