COMPETENCIA DEL CONSEJO NACIONAL DE ESTUPEFACIENTES. El Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, de acuerdo con las normas que para el efecto expida el Ministerio de Salud, señalará las drogas y medicamentos de que trata el presente Estatuto que pueden importarse, producirse y formularse en el país y, los laboratorios farmacéuticas que las elaboren o produzcan de las plantas, de conformidad con las disposiciones del presente estatuto.
