Los actos oficiales y los trabajos científicos del Consejo Superior de Sanidad y los de las Juntas Departamentales de Higiene y Comisiones sanitarias, se publicarán por encuba del Gobierno de la Nación en un periódico que se denominará Revista de Higiene; saldrá cada quince días y estará bajo la inmediata dirección del Presidente y del Secretario del Consejo Superior de Sanidad.
