Para el cálculo del límite de los intereses moratorios previstos en el artículo 19 de la Ley 546 de 1999, los intereses remuneratorios pactados no podrán exceder los límites fijados por la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República en la Resolución Externa 03 de 2005 y las normas que la complementen o la modifiquen.
