El personal del Laboratorio Nacional de Higiene a que se refiere el artículo 3o. de la Ley 46 de 1919 , será el siguiente, con las asignaciones que se expresan:

Un Director, con ciento ochenta pesos ($ 180) mensuales.

Un Subdirector, químico, con ciento sesenta pesos ($ 160) mensuales.

Dos Ayudantes y dos Preparadores, cada uno con cuarenta y cinco pesos ($ 45) mensuales; y

Un Portero, con treinta y cinco pesos ($ 35) mensuales. Si el Poder ejecutivo lo creyere necesario, podrá contratar en el Exterior un experto químico para este Laboratorio.
