Curso Básico de Capacitación. Para ascender al grado de Capitán o Teniente de Navío, los oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares deberán adelantar dicho curso, de acuerdo con programación académica propuesta por los respectivos Comandos de Fuerza y aprobada por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares.
