El Gobierno Nacional por intermedio del Ministerio de la Cultura adquirirá los terrenos necesarios y las obras requeridas para la construcción y dotación en el municipio de Sabaneta, (Antioquia), de un Centro Cultural Educativo que integre la enseñanza de las Bellas Artes y que exalte ante la nación entera el nombre del insigne escultor, obra en la que incurrirá presupuestalmente la Nación hasta por la suma de mil ochocientos millones de pesos ($1.800.000.000).
