º De la oficina jurídica . Corresponde a la Oficina Jurídica desarrollar las siguientes funciones

a)

Dirigir, coordinar y controlar las actividades propias de la Oficina;

b)

Conceptuar sobre los problemas jurídicos relacionados con la Contraloría;

c)

Asesorar al Contralor General de la República en el estudio y solución de los asuntos jurídicos de la entidad;

d)

Recopilar las leyes, decretos y disposiciones de la Contraloría para la elaboración de los boletines y las codificaciones de normas legales y fiscales.
