Cuando la policía judicial decomise marihuana, cocaína, morfina, heroína o cualquier otra sustancia que produzca dependencia física o síquica sobre ella inmediatamente identificación pericial; precisará su cantidad y peso; señalará el nombre y demás datos personales, de quienes aparecieren vinculados al hecho y describirá cualquier otra circunstancia útil a la investigación todo mediante acta suscrita por los funcionarios que hubieren intervenido en el diligencia y por la persona o personas en cuyo poder se hubiere encontrado droga o sustancia. Cuando esta diligencia se realice en zona urbana deberá ser presenciada por un agente del Ministerio Público.
