º . De la estructura básica de la Federación Paraolímpica . La estructura básica de la Federación Paraolímpica y de sus correspondientes Ligas Departamentales y del Distrito Capital, cualquiera sea su forma de organización funcional, adoptará para su estructura administrativa interna, los órganos dispuestos en el artículo 21 del Decreto-ley 1228 de 1995. No obstante lo anterior, los órganos de dirección y administración de la Federación estarán conformados por el número plural de miembros que se determine estatutariamente y deberán representar equitativamente cada discapacidad.
