ENTIDAD PAGADORA DE PRESTACIONES . El empleado público del Ministerio de Defensa y Policía Nacional que se retire a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto se le reconocerá y pagarán las prestaciones sociales con cargo al Tesoro Público, por la respectiva entidad donde trabaje.
