Suspensión de un asunto. Cuando por haberse turbado el orden en las Cámaras o en sus comisiones, durante la consideración de cualquier asunto, convenga diferirla a juicio del Presidente, éste lo dispondrá hasta la sesión siguiente, y adoptada que sea por él tal determinación, se pasará a considerar los demás asuntos del orden del día. Esta determinación es revocable tanto por el Presidente mismo como por la Corporación o comisión, ante la cual puede apelar cualquier Congresista.
