° El precio de compraventa de los edificios y terrenos indicados en el artículo anterior, será calculado como lo dispone el artículo 2° de la Ley antes citada, por peritos que se nombrarán así: uno por el Gobierno, otro por la Gobernación del Departamento del Tolima y un tercero por el Presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, pero en todo caso la fijación definitiva de aquel precio .quedará, sometida a la censura del Gobierno.
